Advertising disclosure
How advertising slots work on Aesthetic SHOP and how sponsored content is kept separate from editorial.
Last updated: 5 November 2026
Aesthetic SHOP may display advertising alongside its editorial content. This page explains how those placements work and how they are labelled.
Current status
Advertising is disabled in this build and no ad network is approved or connected. Ad slots show a labelled placeholder so the layout can be reviewed without loading third-party scripts. No advertising network receives data from these placeholders.
AdSense, Adsterra, Media.net and Ezoic are supported options. A network serves nothing until an approved account is connected, the official IDs are added and a placement is enabled. Advertising scripts load only after a visitor accepts optional tools in the cookie banner.
If advertising is enabled
Ads may then appear in the home header, listing, in-content, article and footer positions. Ad providers may use cookies and may personalise ads according to their own policies and your consent choices. This site does not invent ad IDs, approval status or revenue figures.
Separation from editorial
- Every ad slot is visually separated and labelled “Advertisement”.
- Advertisers do not influence product rankings, ratings or review conclusions.
- Sponsored articles or placements, if ever published, are labelled as sponsored at the top of the content.
- Affiliate commission is disclosed separately in our affiliate disclosure.
Your control
You can block advertising cookies in your browser or use the ad provider's opt-out controls. Blocking ads does not affect access to the site's product information.
Reporting a problem
If you see an ad that is misleading, inappropriate or broken, please contact us with the page and a description. We review reports and can remove a placement or a provider.
