What this site is
Aesthetic SHOP is an independent publisher that researches products and links to third-party merchants. When an approved affiliate programme is connected, some links may carry a tracking parameter. We are not the seller, manufacturer, importer, distributor or shipper of any product listed. We do not hold stock and we do not process payments, orders, returns or warranty claims.
Product information
Listings are compiled from merchant pages and our own research. Prices, availability, ratings and promotions can change without notice. The price shown on Aesthetic SHOP is the price we captured at the stated check date and may not match the merchant's current price. Always confirm the final price, taxes, shipping, warranty and return policy on the merchant's website before paying.
Where the catalogue is labelled as sample or demo data, prices, ratings and links are illustrative placeholders and must not be relied on as verified offers.

Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to administrative functions, scrape it at a rate that degrades service, or use it for unlawful purposes. Automated access must respect our robots.txt and applicable law.

Links to merchant websites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, pricing or customer service. Your dealings with a merchant are governed by that merchant's terms and policies.
Disclaimer and limitation
The site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from a purchase made on a third-party merchant site. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Intellectual property
The Aesthetic SHOP name, logo, site design and editorial content are owned by Aesthetic SHOP or used with permission. Product names, logos and images remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary. You may not republish substantial portions of the site without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts there, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
