CeraVe's moisturising cream is built around three ceramides and hyaluronic acid, with a petrolatum base that seals in water without a heavy fragrance. It suits dry and very dry skin, and the 454 g tub is priced well enough to use on the body as freely as the face.
The texture is thick, so it takes a minute to work in. People with oily or acne-prone skin usually prefer the lighter lotion version. For winter dryness and post-shower use, the cream is hard to beat at this price.
